I think aiims allows foreign medical graduates. But there will be entrance exam which might be very tough. The other thing you can do is almost all big medical colleges and top hospitals have a 3 year DNB which is equivalent to the MD. You basically need to contact the chief of the dermatology department in the medical colleges or the top private hospitals like the Appolo and request them if you can join as DNB candidate. If they are OK you can start your DNB and after 3 years you will have an exam to clear the DNB.
