MLE is a tougher exam compared to the AMC, but the post graduate training opportunities are more consistent in the US. In Australia, they have increased the number of local graduates as well. If you already have a specialist qualification from India, then there are quite a few opportunities in the 'area of need' hospitals here.

    deepali: Hi Badal. For me having worked in the UK, I don't have to do the AMC Exam as I have secured an exemption based on my UK exerience and PLAB exam. So, I am not the best person to ask this. Do check the AMC website for more info. Good luck
