The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a popular English proficiency test. Each
IELTS Preparation course lasts for seven days. During the first six days, you will attend a 60-minute webinar. Webinars are online classes, very similar to traditional classes. During the webinars, your instructor will show you the strategies to follow to complete different IELTS listening and reading exercises (i.e. where and how to find the answer), as well as the writing and speaking techniques you need to know (i.e. how to write an IELTS essay and how to speak coherently). At home you will complete a number of IELTS tasks to practice the IELTS strategies. The instructor will check your homework and give you detailed feedback on what you need to do to improve your IELTS score. You will complete a mock test on the last day of the course. The instructor will mark your test, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and give you a Band Score. The Band Score you receive at the end of each module will help you understand whether you are ready to take the IELTS test or not.
