    Looking for Small Office Space - Staten Island, N.Y. 10314

    Anybody have any resources to find a small clinical office space in Staten Island, New York ZIP 10314?

    I am looking to lease, sublease or share office space. I would expect that I would need ~ 800-1000 sqft to be appropriate for my needs (myself and a Receptionist/Chaperone).

    To tell you the truth, if I could get an ideal layout, I would only require ~560 sqft.
    I've contacted every major real estate agent in the area, and every online listing I could find. I've also driven up and down just looking for signs. So far, the only close suggestions would require major renovations, or 1500 sqft and higher.
