In 2007 the ordinary runescape player was much levels and equipment wise, there was not any immunity in the kind of anticipation/freedom/barge, and there was no movement skills to outrun the revs. In 2019 the"dangerous creatures" would have to be so overpowered, that they're even more"annoying" which pkers are to the casuals who want PvP removed. Can't stun or shuffle runescape players, as you can have like linoleic resistance with abilities and perks. Can't damage runescape players, because defensives are powerful. Can not keep up with runescape players everytime you get two tiles away. They then ought to be powerful enough that runescape players will need to fear them, so their powerlevel would be dumb it might be like pushing wave500 where they can 1-shot you.
This here is the #1 issue with you and everyone else with the same mindset. From gearing today what is preventing you? It's not expensive, it costs like what, 200k for an elder set, or for dino/gano armor? Throw in a shield or Elder Rune shield. With that set up independently, assuming you good at runescape and know how to use abilities, you are able to escape the majority of PKers, if not kill them. But suddenly that would change with NPCs? Lol, you're kidding yourself.Lures are not daily occurrence. lol. Unless you are literally sitting in w2 GE listening to idiot trying to"double your money" which are simple enough to ignore. It merely affects the greedy or ignorant of runescape players.
But removing PvP doesn't fix that whatsoever, those idiots would fall for GE items that don't fit their worth. Or. They weren't unescapable and they were OP they directly up everybody in sight, so there is no explanation as to. It is not tough to design monsters which are a threat to individuals without people and any gear AFK, however, is annoying for anybody prepared to fight or escape. With"not making the wildy a safe zone" I didn't indicate that there ought to be mechanisms to cause a guaranteed death, but there ought to be mechanisms that keep it insecure to afk and that make it worth the effort to get ready for.
If you are not into high tech PvM and bossing then 2m or even 200k may be a lot of money, especially since it's easy to lose all of it in an instant due to a skull trick exploit.Don't forget that runescape includes a great deal of casual runescape players.
