The main purpose of this group is to discuss not only medical related issues but to bring out every kind of problem and issue that we face everyday,ask for help,provide help and understand.The world is changing and so are people,it's getting harder to cope and harder to understand.Maybe it's time we let it all out and discuss this as professional,sensible human beings.

NOTE: HOPE is a non-profit, non-governmental organization currently undergoing registration in Karachi,Pakistan.However,we have already begun doing our part and our first project,a playroom in our hospitals' paediatric ward, is already open.We will soon be opening two more playrooms in two other hospitals and move on to bigger projects from there.
